When you set up your free Wix website, you are entitled to use a personal, business, or e-commerce premium plan for free for 14 days. After 14 days, if you don't want to continue using the premium plan, you can end the trial period by requesting a refund.
How to Use 14 Days Free Wix Premium Package?
Wix premium accounts work with a 14-day money-back policy. Packages cancelled within 14 days will be refunded unconditionally. When premium packages are cancelled, all premium site features are disabled on your site.

The 14-day trial is valid from the day you switch your site from the free plan to the paid plan until the next 14 days.
If you first upgraded your site to a premium account and then switched between premium plans, premium plan changes are eligible for a refund only if it has been less than 14 days since your site was first upgraded to premium.
The 14-day trial period applies to premium plan purchases only. It does not apply to domains, email marketing services, applications and business mailings.
14-Day Trial Premium Plan Cancellation
According to the type of purchase, new billing is made for premium plans that are not cancelled within 14 days. The other package is renewed on the same day, hour and minute as the first package purchase. You can access this date on the subscription renewal screen.
If No Refund After 14 Days of Trying

Please wait for Wix to review the right to a refund, which will take up to 20 days.
For refund claims over 20 days, try contacting Wix directly by submitting a ticket.
If your refund request has been approved, allow up to 20 days for the refund to be credited to your credit or debit card.
If the plan was cancelled within the first 24 hours, no charge was made. Your account will not display the right to a refund.
