Growth Marketing Manager (Intern)
We're looking for an experienced, strategic, data-driven growth marketer to join Bizim Muhit's marketing team. Bizim Muhit is on a mission to help everyone be more productive.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Programs on the Integrated Marketing team, the Growth Marketing Manager will be instrumental in developing long-term growth by building impactful, scalable and repeatable marketing programs that drive the way we connect with potential users and current customers. This is an entirely new function that will be instrumental in scaling Bizim Muhit!

You know SMB customers. You have 6+ years working in marketing, with deep knowledge in email, SEO, CRO and growth marketing to develop lifecycle marketing to SMB/VSB customers.
You have a passion for experimentation. You’re able to drive multiple growth experiments per quarter and understand and establish a measurement framework. You work with our decision science team to refine success metrics and inputs that show impact of our programs. Through experimentation, you’re able to prioritize marketing initiatives by business impact and scalability. You have executed experimentation roadmaps and executed rigorous A/B testing agendas.
You’re able to harness data to tell a meaningful story. You have experience establishing a measurement framework. You’re able to work with decision science to refine success metrics and inputs that show the impact of programs. You’re able to lead on building data models and use behavioral data to improve revenue impact. You are able to weave data into insights into a compelling story.
You’ve established multi-channel marketing goals, assets, and deliverables to accelerate growth and user acquisition. You have experience in email marketing. You are comfortable with complex challenges ranging from testing new channels and attribution to driving campaigns to accelerate focused growth.
You’re a problem solver at heart. You are a hypothesis driven problem solver who tests theories with data and can identify and balance tradeoffs to actions.
You’re committed to being an awesome teammate. You love to work with cross discipline marketing and stakeholder teams to drive planning, customer focused marketing execution, and ultimately, delivery of world class programs. You work with appropriate urgency but are able to motivate cross functional teams with your passion and vision. You can effectively build relationships across the organization as an advocate for testing and optimizing campaigns, while pushing key initiatives and bringing the organization along on the journey.
