Live Chat: You also may think to change the color of live chat bar. It doesn't attract attention on it. Any user probably won't realize there is a live chat bar on the screen. Shop PageThe shop layout on homepage looks good and works fine, although the main shop page doesn't satify the lower conditions for shopping. Filtering and sorting are one the basic requirements for a shopping page. You must add them so somene searches something specific could reach what he/she want to buy easily. You should also inform people about the latest discounts or upcoming special days. By the way, you must also mark these days on your calender. Ribbons may help you to inform people about the items' specific condition, just in case they are out of stock or limited time offer. We prepared a sample shop page needed to succeed in e-commerce. Refund Policy PageYou can use an accordion menu from app market that is names as FAQ application by Wix. Entire text is bored to read and it causes the page more longer. We can't see member pages, cart and payout pages and other shopping or member specified fields on your website. Hi again @ashley.gibson93. You might suggest that the basic resource for editorial and other things is the Wix Help Center. You can learn more about website design, ascend tools and other aspects of the system from there. You can find some of the links from help center below. Don't forget to read more articles from Help Center.

One thing you should know about moving from one editor to another one is once you have done, there may appear more work associated with the design and redesign of your website. You should learn Wix more and apply your knowledge to the Basic Editor and other tools.

By the way, we also try to release step by step tutorials for our customers and visitors. Resources library will be the place where all tutorials will be shared in. We will announce its release when it is ready to go.

Thank you so much for such a detailed review of my site. The fee back is very helpful!

I ** using wix ADI to build my website as I do not understand and cannot figure out how to use wix other editorial system.

Currently, I do not know how to change my Live chat on my site to make it more professional. I also have been trying to fix up my shop page to have the search engine and what you showed in the template above, however I have not been able to figure out how to do this.

In regards to my members area, cart and payout page, I thought they were setup. I guess not, I ** obviously struggling with some of these setups/steps.
